Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using EmailActions ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

EmailActions is a productivity tool that connects to your Gmail account to:

• Scan your emails for actionable items (payments, deadlines, appointments, tasks, follow-ups)
• Extract and display these items in a unified dashboard
• Help you track and manage your email-based obligations

2. Account Registration

To use EmailActions, you must:

• Sign in with a valid Google account
• Grant the necessary permissions for Gmail read access
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have authorization to access any Gmail accounts you connect

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Connect Gmail accounts you do not own or have permission to access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

4. Gmail Data Access

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize EmailActions to:

• Read your email messages (read-only access)
• Access email metadata (sender, subject, date)
• Store extracted obligation summaries

You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account in the app or removing EmailActions from your Google Account permissions.

5. AI-Generated Content

EmailActions uses artificial intelligence to analyze your emails and extract actionable items. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis may not be 100% accurate
• Some obligations may be missed or incorrectly identified
• Due dates and details extracted may contain errors
• You are responsible for verifying important obligations independently

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• That the Service will be error-free
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by EmailActions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your personal data and email content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any missed deadlines, payments, or obligations
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any)

You use the Service at your own risk. EmailActions is a productivity aid, not a replacement for your own judgment and attention to important matters.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmailActions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy & Data settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your data will be deleted (unless legally required to retain)
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, except where prohibited by local law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
